Amenity Yoga’s instructors are a talented team of dedicated, certified professionals who are passionate about empowering well-being. Erin
Power Vinyasa, HIIT Yoga
Bio
Erin specializes in teaching our HIIT Vinyasa and Aqua Yoga classes. She is a Chicago native and alumni of the University of Michigan and UChicago. She loves running and taking her puppy for walks in the city.
Manas
Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga
Bio
Manas has taught yoga since 2013 and specializes in hatha yoga. She is current co-chair of the yoga club at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and an alumni of Penn State University. She’s a Green Brook, NJ native and loves hiking, rock climbing, reading, and cooking.
Jillian
Power Vinyasa, Restorative Yoga
Bio
Jillian studied yoga while living in Europe and specializes in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga styles. She is a Grand Rapids, Michigan native and alumni of the University of Michigan and UChicago. She loves hiking, house plants, and popcorn.

Megan has experience teaching at Corepower yoga studios in Boston and Chicago. As a Chicago native, University of Michigan and Northwestern alumni, she is passionate about increasing mind body connection for her students.

Hatha Yoga
Slow movements and stretching promotes flexibility in areas often perceived as nonmalleable, especially the hips, pelvis and lower spine.
Power Yoga
Fast-paced yoga flows linking breath to movement. Aimed at improving personal fitness & providing elevated heart rate through HIIT cardio bursts.
Vinyasa Yoga
Sequential yoga linking breath to movement. Active classes with progressive flows. Friendly to all levels
Ashtanga Yoga
A structured, challenging practice that follows a specific sequence of postures, focusing on strength, flexibility, and stamina.
Restorative Yoga
Recovery yoga for stimulating muscle tissue and increasing flexibility. Props include bolsters, blankets and stretching belt.
Chair Yoga
Easy, chair based yoga and stretching, this is the perfect class for corporate clients looking for mid-day classes or elderly communities.
